The MD-3 is the perfect fit for my Browning 1911, 380, 4.25” barrel. It’s my EDC pistol/holster combo. I carry it between my hip and the lower part of my back. Most of the time you don’t even know it’s there. I have holsters that cost well over $100, but the Sticky holster is all I wear.
