By purchasing products through this website, you agree to abide by the policies and procedures and processes delineated within, including shipping & handling, guarantees/warranties, pricing, online ordering, reserving special order items, mail order, payment process, refund process, damaged merchandise processes.
We reserve the right to add to or revise any content of any web page at any time (excluding pricing for items already ordered and paid for unless a major error exists) as the result of seller or manufacturer pricing adjustments or any other situation which Stickyholsters.com feels requires any revisions/additions/deletions to its web pages. Content revisions may result in changes to the following policies/processes/practices, but will not apply to products already ordered and paid unless a major error exists,including shipping & handling, guarantees/warranties, pricing, online ordering, reserving special order items, mail order, payment process, refund process, damaged merchandise, and any other policy/process/practice not outlined here.
Stickyholsters.com will not change the current price for an item once it is ordered unless the posted cost is in error. Continued purchases from our website means you agree to read and abide and comply with any changes in content of this website, Stickyholsters.com
Newly purchased merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the product, with reference to an assigned return authorization number and must be in resale condition with packaging. All funds are refunded to your credit card or online banking account. Stickyholsters.com reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee.
90 Day Warranty
Merchandise that is older than the the 7 days and is being returned due to material or workmanship failure, will also need to follow the same procedure as a normal return. If you are having any craftsmanship or material problems after the 90 days please contact us and we will respond to the issue on an individual basis. We will inspect the return and, if deemed appropriate, will replace the holster with the same size.
RETURNS TO THE ATTENTION OF:
Include your return authorization number which must be obtained from a Sticky Holsters, Inc. representative prior to return shipment.
We cannot be responsible for breakage, damage or loss of merchandise while in transit. Damaged shipments are to be reported to the carrier immediately. Ask carrier to make an inspection and file a claim with them. The original cartons must be held for shipper inspection. We will be happy to assist you with any claims that may arise. In the event you desire to return your merchandise, please contact us immediately via e-mail at email@example.com. Keep a record of this number as proof that your return has been authorized. New merchandise must be returned within 7 days after receiving product, with reference to its return authorization number written upon the outside of the shipping container in a visible location (please do not write on the packaging inside!). Upon receipt of the damaged merchandise, we will begin processing your refund or reship, per your request.

Shipping & handling
You will receive email verifications at various stages of the order process, i.e.
• Receipt of Order
• Order Shipment
• Notice of delay and estimated delivery time for special or out-of-stock items (most of our products are in stock)
Most individual orders are shipped by Priority Mail or the appropriate carrier for international locations. This service offers low price with relatively fast delivery time and some tracking ability. Please write us first if you want to send your holster by another carrier, we will let you know price.
Upon preparing product for shipping, it will take on the average 5-7 business days for you to receive your merchandise (depending on your location it can be a bit longer).
Stickyholsters.com has satisfied customers from around the world. We offer shipping internationally and endeavor to make the process as simple as possible for our customers.
Stickyholsters.com is unable to take responsibility for knowing the local customs duties and import policies for every country we ship to.
Pricing: All prices on our site are in US dollars. If you are a non-US customer, your credit card company will normally convert your order total from US dollars to your local currency. We do not have control over the exchange rate.
Returns: Stickyholsters.com accepts requests for international exchanges. Requests must be received by Stickyholsters.com within 7 days of receipt of the product. However, at this time, we are unable to accept returns internationally. Please see our full Return Policy for complete details on returns and exchanges for international orders.

Synthetic care and maintenance:
All holsters are made from synthetic raw materials:
• Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap (don’ t submerge in water or other liquid) – you can use a soft bristle brush.
• Allow to air dry naturally.
• Don’t use artificial heat to speed up the drying process..
• Don’t use solvents or chemical products.
